Noticing Light...

One thing about being a photographer is that you notice light. You notice how it falls on people, how it bounces off surfaces, and how it directs shadows. You even watch it reflected in peoples' eyes when you're talking to them. And a few days ago when my kids were cruising through the kitchen, I loved how they were backlit by the sun streaming through the window. I love back-lighting!
