Strength in the Storm | Sacramento Family Photographer

I was so excited to photograph this amazing family today.  This is a family that has been through a lot in the last year.  Yet they have weathered the storm with grace, faith and love, and continue to be draw close to one another.  I love that!  Their extended family is headed up by this man!

His oldest daughter got married and had two children of her own.  She is a photographer herself with whom I have shot weddings with.  I must admit... I always get nervous when I photograph other photographers.  But I know she'll go easy on me.

His youngest daughter also got married and also had a daughter and son of her own.  Their kids were so easy going, especially considering it was cold and pouring rain out!  I love that they were so willing to venture out in the storm with me and my camera!  Strength in the storm... metaphorically and literally!
