Five days new | Sacramento Newborn Photography

Over a month ago, I shot some maternity photos for a couple expecting their first baby (see that session HERE).  I have known the two of them for a while, and they are the kind of people that are just meant to be parents.  So it has been such a joy watching them embrace this next step in their journey together.  And here they are with their FIVE day old baby boy!

He is such a sweet little guy.  He was so awake and wanting to take in everything that was happening around him.  And look at these eyes!

During our time together I caught a little baby smile.  Actually maybe it was more of a baby smirk.  But you can already tell that he's inherited his Mama's cute dimple!

This little guy has been blessed with SUCH a cool nursery to fall asleep in at night . Check out the awesome old barn doors hung on his wall.  Mom and Dad actually created these from scratch and made them look rustic.  I think they did an AMAZING job!

Congratulations on the new addition to your family.  You were definitely made to do this parenting thing.  He is one blessed little boy!
